According to Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging. The product must show no signs of use or damage.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

To request a return, please contact us through the Contact page on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and, if possible, the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described above.
